Don't mind this line because it's for filling up 15 Chinese characters: AO3，喜歡它的搜尋功能，找文很方便。
Most of the time I only read DH/SH (SH used to be my major ship three-four years ago). I rarely encounter any Chinese DH that satisfies me. My taste is rather specific, and I step into disaster坑 too many times now that it's such a freaking ridiculous tiresome to find any good English DH fic, and guess who is digging for a brand new world (with brand new several DH坑) now?
For DH, there is an annual fest/event called Draco Top Harry on Livejournal. Participants of that fest would exchange prompts, and assignments would be sent separately and anonymously, so the recipient wouldn't know the gift he/she would receive is from whom, until the fest is over and all the authors/artists are revealed.
There is some tumblr blog and LiveJournal post HP fic review, some of them would kindly include top/bottom tag, the other wouldn't, since it depends a lot on the preferences of the blog's owner.
I used to read DH on fanfiction.net but I used to be young and reckless, jump into story without any fear and "RED NOPE" sign. Now I read from rec list only; sometimes I read fanfic on AO3 by filtering Top/bottom tag; the other times I read fanfic from various Drarry (HDH) event/gift exchange such as HD Erised, Draco
